Hi, I have a two and a half year old van and the hab heating system is suddenly blowing cold air. The fuel level is high, the leisure battery is fully charged. Any suggestions of what the problem might be are most welcome. It's a Webasto Thermo Top Evo. Many thanks

If you are getting heating through immersion on EHU then your water pump is fine and all other elements so that leaves the Thermo Top diesel under the van. When you push white 'on' button on the controller do you hear the diesel firing up and also you can check for exhaust at the Thermo Top diesel exhaust pipe next to rear driver side wheel. If the diesel appears to be running OK then perhaps back to the pump as it uses different circuitry when operated by the diesel. When the diesel starts it operates a relay to activate the water pump. This is located next to the liesure battery and on starting the diesel you should be able to hear it clicking on if you remove the battery cover. When the water pump is running it is quite audible, very close to where the Thermo Top exhaust is located.
Many thanks again, will check that out.

Just to round this off, the heater is finally fixed. It turned out to be a faulty coolant temperature sensor which had to be replaced. This involved removing the heater from the underside of the van. A great job by Lomond Campers in Glenrothes.
Although hopefully the heater won't be needed for our forthcoming trip through Spain and Portugal!
Thanks everyone for the replies.
