Wayscral electric bikes

As I said done 20 miles in about three weeks, charged up again in about four hours, done another twenty miles and now is down to one light again out of four(y)

On the French website the mans bike is €550 and the battery 60-80kms is €350 where I went to school that is €900! :)
Sorry wasn't doughting your figures but if you can find the discounted ones they are half price and actually come with a battery, just trying to help you towards a bargain that's all(y):)

Have a look at this

Can't make out why the battery's are so dear , ours came with one already on at that price, but they were already on in the shop so maybe they were used a bit

20 miles in one ride is norm for us, from flat can charge the batteries in 2.5 hours but does cane the van batteries.

Beginning to wonder if we got a better deal than we should have had , it was a bit of a protracted sale as we didn't know a lot of French and the girl that was serving us didn't know any English and she was only working from a catalog thing for the price , perhaps she didn't realise about this extra for battery thing, anyway it said 749 euros on them in the shop and we had them at half price, so that was 749 in total for the two, so I reckon as I said before , I was right that's £580, not £680 , shall get it right soon:doh: anyway that is right 749 euros for two bikes including battery's .

Well that's ok if you want to go that far , but I have no intention of doing that , all we want is something to get us to the middle of a town or to fetch the bread in a morning or go to the bar at night, so what would be the point of buying a bike for thousands to only do the same thing on, we have absolutely no wish to go any further as I don't think they are safe on the roads, ok where there are dedicated cycle paths and that but nowhere else for us.
