In line or submersible?
Is it switched on at the panel ?
Symptoms : ie spurting or completely dead ?

Pumps have a limited 'life'.
(Anything over two years is good.)
See what make and model it is, and then buy two.
One to fit now, keep the other onboard as a spare.

Note:
Depending on make and model you may need various connectors, as they are often 'single use'.
