Hi can anyone help me please I have just bought a 23 plate auto trail and thinking of fitting a palm lock will this effect my manufacture warranty?

Welcome! If anyone says they have I'd personally still email the manufacturer and dealer and get it written down that the warranty won't be affected. You might also need to check with your insurance it could be they see it as an advantage to reduce theft or a disadvantage as anyone breaking in is likely to cause more dammage.
