Taking their time then! From the aerial photo posted above it looks to have the layout completed but presumably nothing has changed from when we were there in March.

I remember we passed it right by the roundabout. It looked like the barrier was smashed at floor level?
Not sure why they’ve not completed it.
Crazy could be easy revenue for them.
And if they mended the barrier at the Park and Ride as currently no one is paying, free for all the commuters too.
