Virgin Media Stream?

Afternoon gang,
I’ve just ordered Virgin Media Broadband for him, and took advantage of getting free VM Stream device, has anyone used this in their MoHo? Any issues? Streams TV ok?

I have VM broadband but not sure what you mean by "stream device" ?
Do you mean a mifi device or their Go app

VM stream is their new TV internet streaming device. Like a little Sky box, but with less functionality.
You’d require an internet connection for it to work.

So does it work off the mobile phone network and need a sim installed ?
What's it called, I can't find it on their website ?

VM stream will run off their broadband system so unlikely to be portable. Just their version of Sky Stream which is also property linked.

For use anywhere in UK you need something like firestick or other Dingle that can use the various apps like iplayer or netflix and just needs WiFi weather from broadband or mobile.

I didn’t know Sky Stream was property linked, thanks for that.
I’ll get the VM one delivered and report back on whether it works or not on my mobile broadband so we know 100%…. TBC

It's not that clear but sounds like it works like a fire stick and connects to your home broadband ?
So not much use in moho
