should it not be reading around 70%?


Single 130amp AGM battery
 
Increase tail current to 2% and decrease charged detection time to 10mins. You have a weak charging source for your capacity.

the mains charger is via a EBL119 set to AGM charge profile...
it was day on day only getting to -9ah, so was cumulatively dropping charge , but the voltage was getting to 13.5v when on main charge..

Without knowing your charging parameters, I can not advise a suitable bmv settings. However if does not re set is a good thing, it still does coulomb counting, and hilights that you never fully charge. You need to get to 14,4v unless is gel. Gel is sufficient at 14,2v. If you never reach those voltages, your charging settings are wrong, unsuitable for your battery.

the EBL 119 set to AGM should charge at the following profile

and the 150W solar panel connected to a Victron 75/15 MMPT blue solar controller (connected directly to the battery) has an AGM charge profile set with the absorption voltage of 14.7W / float voltage of 13.8V
