Vet treatment in europe

We are planning a 3 month trip to Europe and will be taking the dog, but I’m not sure how to go about managing her treatment.
She has monthly cytopoint injections at the vets, has anyone got these while travelling or any tips on managing ongoing vet treatments while away?

Is it a prescription medication? would an EU vet want to do a full examination before prescribing it (providing they stock it - a quick google shows it's EU approved)?
Would your own vet supply you with 3 months worth before you travel and you administer it?

Ask your vet for a letter detailing the treatment, which drug and the dose. Then hopefully a local vet will carry out the treatment. If you know where you will be, look up a vet and email them before you go.
