Vet for worming in france

Morning everyone..we are currently in northern Spain...
We go throught the tunnel on July 3rd..
Can anyone recommend a good vet on the way for our dogs worming tablet...we will be heading up the Eastern side of France to somewhere near bray dunes or gravelines and plan to stop over around there...she has to have the tablet between 5 and 1 day before we go through the tunnel..
