Very Urgent - New Adria Matrix 670 Power Outage

Yes, we have two AGM leisure batteries and their voltage is currently being shown at 13.5v via the control panel.
If you are plugged into EHU or have solar that will be the charger voltage not the batteries. To measure the battery voltage all charging sources need to be off.

OK one last thought, as it seems ‘some’ 12 volt is working it can’t be power

Why not remove the fascia of the control panel, unscrew it and unplug it, leave a few seconds and plug it back in

Thanks for this suggestion, Lenny HB. There seems to be a similar panel in our cupboard.

I haven’t got time now to remove it to see what’s behind it, but I will do later.

C'mon, hurry up!

Open the box and reveal all!

Can't cope with the suspense!

I finally had time to take the cover off, so no more suspense 😀

I couldn’t see any loose connections or damaged wires, and I don’t want to mess around with any of that wiring.

I'd put that cover back on and let the rats sleep in their nest in peace. What a shocker for a new van 😱

Did you try eddie suggestion of disconnecting the control panel and reconnecting, in case the whole thing is a software issue?

Did you test the fuses in situ or removed, I made the mistake early on of not removing them and missed a blown fuse

Also if you have any gaps in the fuses take a photo before you start taking them out , I might have made that mistake as well :whistle2:

A long shot but some of the doors/cupboards will have a switch which has or should have a magnet on them like the burglar alarm trembler switches that fit on the doors one on the frame one on the door, they make contact and complete the circuit , if they have fallen off/not fitted then the lights will not work or be on all the time.

Give all the wires in that block at the back a tug see if there are any poor connections, do it with the light switches on. That is where the problem was on the one I sorted.

I’m no expert by any means but I managed to sort my 12v lights when I had my new lithium set up by switching the Electoblok on and off (if you have one)

On our Adria Compact we have the Schaudt LIS 101 unit controlling the lighting and the dimming functions. IIRC I saw it located behind the control panel above the hab door. If you have a similar setup then there should be a 10amp fuse on the 12v supply to that unit. If you can locate the unit then test the supply to it and work back from there.

TBH, I don’t know how to take the control panel fascia off, and I didn’t want damage it.

Does anybody know how to remove the Adria control panel?

Thanks
