I have search both forum and application FAQ's but I can't find what I believe to be a definitive answer.

Applying for Crit'Air: 2021 2.3T Ducato base 4,250kg Swift Kon-Tiki, Euro 6CI from Cert of Conformity
No Vehicle Category listed on V5, so what category do I chose on application?
Is van M1 or M2 or ??
I've read:
M1 - motor vehicles, less than 8 seats incl. drive, some posts say less than 3,500kg - So NO me thinks
M1 - motor vehicles, less than 8 seats incl. drive as per EU Reg definition below - Possible
M1 - Motorhomes are Special Purpose - Correct or NOT
M2 - As over 3,500 it treated as Bus/Coach so M2 >8 seats incl. driver but under 5,000kg - Correct or NOT

Either returns Crit'Air 2 but trying to avoid any hassle
