Hi. If there is a list I’ve never seen it. It’s a real problem in the uk to empty black waste(wc) as we have no aire system like most of Europe.
Getting fresh water not so bad but you do have to search for it.

Some Campsites let you drop your Black waste for a small charge I believe!!!

Shame most of them are requiring an overnight stay or be members of a club or both!

Worth having the CCC membership just for this reason - it’s the only reason I keep my membership up.
