Using our MoHo over the Easter break?

So it amounts to discrimination then as if someone works nights & sleeps by day they are not subject to the rules? I used to have all this with insurance companies years agio when working 24/7/365 , there is no "night"
Golly, you must have been really tired working 24/7/365. Hope it was a good salary

How can “laws” be subjective? ”Reasonably necessary?” It’s a metaphorical mud bath, as usual!!
Quite agree, the legislation was clearly written in a hurry (including spelling mistakes!) Lots of things missing which would have made some of the elements so much clearer. The 'reasonable' test appears in lots of legislation so that part was no surprise but other bits are intertwined with 'guidance' which just serves to confuse. As an example the Gov guidance has repeatedly said exercise should be only once a day, this is being repeated again in the latest guidance yet it is not and never has been in the legislation! All in all it is a minefield of uncertainty, probably the best solution in the short term is take the view that unless it is explicitly clear that things are OK give it a miss.
