An update to this thread. I am very happy with the way this company dealt with me. He didn't quibble on the asking price agreed on the phone. Jason came with another fella, both of whom social distanced. We did shake hands but had a photo taken A bit blurred as my partner took it.
I did transfer the money to another account, just to be safe but he seemed totally legit.

Just done a search on Google earth. Looks like they have plenty of money prices around Meopham are very expensive. I thought it might be a gypsy encampment
