Our tyres on our moho (Elddis Encore 254) are now just 8 years old.....215/70 R15...Vanco Continental Campervan.
There is no visual degradation of them, no cracks, no bulging and very good tread depth. Have swapped front to back at 15k.
Now at 20k and 8 years old. (tyres not me!!!)
Are they past their best as, after various discussions................
4 new ones on order @ £118.00ea.

I recommended the Nankang's last year and Mr Gellyneck and I had a conversation about them a short while ago. I reckon I've done over 5000 miles on them now, the van handles great and much better ride.

I've a reputation to uphold and having a conversation with someone from Not Glasgow doesn't help! :giggler:

Aye those were my first choice closely followed by the toyos

Doing a search on blackcircles though my size doesn't come up with Nankang I'm not back for a few weeks yet anyway so I'll look again later.

This is the ones I was looking at . But I've asked for the dates twice , first answer I got was " recently stocked" so i asked again for the actual dates . And he said " unfortunately tyres are not stored here"

So it's not very helpful.

Price is good though .

How much were yours?

That's a decent price, I paid £100 a corner delivered last year for 225's.

Aye but then fitting on top of that , then do it for £12.50 a tyre but no idea where.

But
I just found them on blackcircles if I go up to 195 instead of 185

£90 a corner fully fitted near Lenny HB

Or vederstein for 100 a corner.

A previous Funster used to recommend going up a size, what concerned me was the space between the tyres at the back. I'm assuming your van is twin rear wheel ?

It is yes but there's a good few inches gap there . I'm sure 195 would be fine .

Northernraider have you tried looking on ants web site, not searching for the size just select a depot the scroll to bottom of page and they have sale tyres

Feck it's obvious now but I thought ant was short for Anthony or summit.
Just change the depot and scroll down again on each new page.
Have found some cross climates for mine for £104 each or maxmiller all seasons at £109

What size are yours as those prices are dearer than blackcircles for well known brands.

Cross climates are michelins, maxmilers are gt radial. Had Falken vans on last mhome, not impressed with them very floaty in corners to the point you had no confidence in them, and that was at 3500kg, this ones 4250 so need something better

They had "van 01" code on them.
At 121 load index
I know some have the all seasons and rate them but for me the Ones I had just gave a soft feel.

Mine are the later all season ones (y) but if you experience a bad feeling or problem you lose trust in the brand, you never go with them again and understandably. Years ago had a blow out on front right on my car and never touched a pirelli tyre again.
