It's one of our favourite THS's.
We called in on Tuesday but had travelled all morning in the pouring rain and crossing the bridge on the way in, the Tyne was very high so decided not to chance it.
There was only a handful of mostly Caravans on the field itself but one MH was actually on the hard standing at the eastern end of the stand. Was that you?
If there isn't a THS on, the Rugby Club are happy to let you stay on the hard standing on the right as you enter the gates and go down the roadway. Simply put a tenner in an envelope with your Reg No on an post it in the letterbox by the door on the end of the Clubhouse.
Nice there on a summer afternoon when the cricket is on and you are welcome in the bar to partake and watch the Cricket
Big car boot there on a Wednesday morning as well!

Corbridge has a micro climate, it can be raining all around and always clears up when you get there ! Nice pint and food in The Angel and along with the Black Bull they're dog friendly too. Also train to Newcastle Metro Center and Newcastle itself...
There is also a fantastic men's clothes shop in Corbridge. If we can divert there we do so my partner can buy yet another flash Italian shirt!

Grants bakery is a must visit for those with a sweet tooth. Also, grab a beer in the tower. It is our local town. Enjoy your visit

Well this is one of the best THS I've been on. I also won the Grand National yesterday so treated my boy to a curry just up the road.
