Trusted Dealers in Scotland

Hi my names Shona - and I’ve finally gotten round to looking in Scotland for a Motorhome. However I know there are some places that we should avoid - does anyone know if the company who advertise from Dollar is okay? Very keen to find a trusted dealer?

I'm unaware of any motorhome dealer in Dollar. What is their name?

There's quite a comprehensive list of motorhome dealers in an Excel workbook in the Resources section however I think you have to pay your annual subscriptions to access this section. It will be the best money you spend, Shona, as you start your journey on motorhoming.

Heard some good things about Highland Campers but not used them ourselves - we went down to Preston.

Wasn’t just me a few other people I know had similar experiences

Couldn’t even get a price for a new deathless MoHo

3 other deathless agents got me a price within 24hrs
So bought it from Pullinger in Essex

The salesman’s name was Ian , But That was 2018

No salesman called Ian since I first visited about 2020. John Frew ( great bloke) took over the business from Calum Watson a few months ago. Both these two, and all the other staff I have met have been great. Good, honest, friendly folk in my opinion.

From memory BC Motorhomes was owned by Border Cars owned by Mike(?) Fusco but they went bust in 2019ish(?).
Calum Watson bought out the BC Motorhome part around that time.
