TRUMA trumatic C EH & C control

Hiya no hot water was working but today not so...the main co trolley panel is not showing any fuses blown, we have checked the N184 fuse panel...and clicked the red reset button on the water heater. We are in summer mode.. I have attached a photo of the main panel and a video of what happens to the truma control panels when I switch it on...Has anyone come across this as I was under the impression the lights should stay on.

Not sure I can help. My 2007 van has gas only warm air and water heating.
Are you trying to heat water via 240V and the EHU or via gas?

If via 240V check that EHU supply is up to it. (3/5/10 or 16 amps?)
If gas check cylinders are on and not empty (If in doubt I try lighting the hob)

Looks to me that you are using 240V. Could be that you are running other devices and that in total that takes you past the EHU supply limit.

Someone with near identical controls will be better able to help.

I think that the 230v supply is missing , that is what happens on my control when this is the case , (if that is the source you are trying to use) , has it been turned off at a Truma 230v power supply switch or has the 230v Truma supply tripped on the mains box in the Motorhome ?

Thanks for replying..I am on mains 230v hook up...everything else is working normally nothing g has tripped in the motorhome. There was a site wide power outage a night ago...but the water has worked since then...I'm at a loss

If you have not already checked it ,there is a 230v fuse (10a slow) on the Trumatic electronics power board (remove the electronics cover to locate it) that could be worth looking at.

Is that the main fuse board? Which i have checked and is okay

It is the fuse that is on the Trumatic power board PCB that is behind the black electrics cover , normally held on by 2 x screws on its top ( it may have the red 230v reset button on the front of it ).
