Hi Folks new to forum, I have purchased a 2009 Swift Bolero, low milage but heavy use. There are various minor things I need to fix, the one which is occupying me at the moment is the Truma Combi rotary switch which appears to be mangled inside. I could buy the compete unit but all I want is the rotatary switch. I have searched ebay, Truma without success. Any advice welcome.
John

Just ensure you have the correct connection to the rear. some face plates look the same at the front but rear are different plug in.

It’s the complete unit . Amazingly they go for £50 on eBay . Did you just want the rotary switch?

don't own one yet
it was your old one I was hoping you still had but guessing you binned it, pity.

Have acquired a truma combi (grey casing) and wanted to test it works. both heating elements need replacing I know and told it worked on gas but wanted to check the 240v electric side of things worked.

I'm guessing the rotary controls are just basically mechanical switches (with a couple of neons / bulbs / or leds) which drive a microcontroller (uc) on the 12v board. Having a working/broken control would greatly help take the guess work out of determining how it controls the uc I.e which pins on the rj11 connector are used for each function of the control.
