I just wondered if many on here knew about this:

Just had my Truma replaced with a 4E Combi unit and noticed this when reading through the instructions. (What! A man reading instructions?). Will give it a try when we eventually get back on the road - life keeps getting in the way!

Thanks for the heads-up for other users though.

Thanks for that we had no idea 💡

It’s easier to find on the Truma Inet X panel under ‘Ventilation’. We used it extensively last year in Greece with the top vents and windows cranked open.

If a Truma Aventa aircon unit is installed it can also work in conjunction with that and provide top and bottom venting (venting only, no aircon running).

Yeh, but you have to have the hot water off. If there is any warmth in the remaining water in the hot water tank then you’ll get warm blown air.

Wow! A revelation! Thanks!

Knew about that thanks, but many didn't so a good shout. However, the cost of replacing that fan would be huge, whereas a few USB fans dotted about, or those rechargable one's are peanuts, and reasonably effective 🤷.

Yep same here.... knew about fresh air fan, but we too also prefer to keep the fan for heating and hot water... and when we did use it on occasion in the past it was pretty useless..👍👍
