Hi , self building a camper and arrived at the heater fitting stage. I’ve connected 12v , Room temperature sensor, control panel and the metering pump. Tried to turn on and it’s dead as a Dodo. Checked 3 fuses on the Combi and 20 amp fuse on the supply. There is 13 v at the 12v connection point. The control panel is blank so not even an error code to go on, any ideas please?

Have you also supplied the required separate 12v fused supply to the control panel ?

No ,didn’t know I had to power up the control panel . No wiring seems to be supplied.??

It covers the 12V supply installation in the control panel manual. I’m surprised you didn’t get the wired 12V plug with your kit - it should come with it according to the instructions. The 12V supply needs to be fused (1A).

If it is a Truma CP Plus display/control they normally come with a wired two pin plug that goes in the rear of the unit for a 12v permanent supply

I’ll check the box again but I’m pretty sure there’s no 12v supply cable in there. The good thing is there seems to be the answer to my problem. Thankyou.
