Ok we are a good few years younger. Was yours just EU cover or worldwide? We usually get worldwide.

just checked. it was EU only not worldwide

67 and 63 both with conditions.
You never know what they might charge.
I hope they don’t put it up that much in January

We use LV premium cover are 71&72 with med conditions annual cover £351 as many 90 day trips as you want

Just bought the insurance 10 minutes ago.

Seems absurd that you had such problems. You don't move out of your home and start again before renewing structure or contents insurance or return from holiday to put the car on the drive before renewing your car insurance.

It is one of benefits of being retired that you are able to change your plans. So what is so strange about deciding to extend your stay? Equally life events can lead to a change of plans.

Have others had similar difficulties renewing annual policies when abroad?
