It wouldn’t accept my hotmail account so I opened a gmail one and that worked

Busby you do know its got to be less than 48 hours before travel ,so if you was filling it in 3 days before ,it wont let you ….best regards pampam

It’s actually 48 hrs before arrival in Spain.

you would think id know by now ,lol having been ,to canaries dec,jan,feb,the worst is a cruise where you not only have to do splf but test the night before at 9pm(as if you havent got enough to do )

Ps have read my previous post and it sounds a bit boasty & braggy,it really wasnt meant to.it was more observing the hoops we now have to go thru to get the r&r we desire … good luck with the form filling,have just ordered our senior citizen bus passes and made a horlicks of my application and had to ring them up …… best regards & feeling ancient pampam

Just completed the form and got my QR Code. Now to print it off. There wasn't an option to upload my NHS Vaccination status, it was EU or Other, so it was a case of filling in the details manually - Type of vaccine, date, place, and Booster.

Whew!!!

The Spanish Form wouldn't accept the NHS vaccine download because it has the 3 vaccine QR codes in one pdf. It needs only one QR code for your booster. So i had to take a screenshot of the latest booster QR code and make that a jpg image and insert that on the Form. It didnt like the name then. The NHS certificate does not use middle names so you mustn't use middle names on the Spanish Form. After 3 hours of trying and a lot of stress i eventually succeeded. Whew what an effort!! Heaven help those without a vaccination or who are not computer literate.

You will be able to do it in the morning and it won’t take long, just have the information ready such as passport numbers and an address to put in even if it’s the port.

Yeaaah Health form allowed me access this morning filled out two one for me other for missus, QR code received back by email almost immediately.

Didn’t upload any QR code just followed the steps in the YouTube video posted by FNC earlier in this thread

Interesting, and worrying. I’ll keep an eye on this thread. We travel from Plymouth to Santander on the 27th. March. I was always going to wait until the right time. Now i’m hoping they give up on these forms before we go!

Those of you who are travelling in Spain - how did you show your “location” during your tour?

Since we will be touring without set plans we have little idea of where we will be.

Unless it’s changed, they are only interested in where you are initially staying! Noone was interested when we came through, they were only interested that we had a completed form!

For info, I took screenshots on my phone of the Spanish Health form QR code and these were perfectly acceptable in case anyone is worrying, saves saving it as a pdf or whatever

Cheated now,,,transfered Brittany crossing from Plymouth to a return crossing in November and booked the tunnel for our outbound trip...BUSBY.
