No, indeed so. But my basic point is that if someone says they are from or located in Brittany it doesn't necessarily follow that he is a native Breton, or even French.

It was less than 50 years ago that i last spoke to a welsh monoglot and yes less than 10 when i went to a laser cutting company in Liecester where only the boss spoke english (his only language). What confuses me is if this not a french speaker or used a translation program why not translate direct to english.
