Other than the actual toll charges you are debited a modest monthly account management fee only for the months you are using the tag. From the Mango/Fulli website:

“The monthly processing fees are only debited if you use the badge €1.70 per month used in France, €2.40 per month used in the Spain-Portugal zone and €2.40 per month used in Italy.”

That are still running the cracking OFFER with free sign-up, delivery, etc., but the changeover to Fulli in the new year might see an end to that.

I just tried to buy one but having filled in my Iban number a message said that my bank does not support their method of payment so then asked for sort code and account and got another message saying please enter a valid account , tried to phone and was told busy and got cut off so I don't know what to do now.

I had the same issue when I tried to enter my Halifax Clarity account details so I opened a Revolut account which has the added benefit of no euro exchange fees.

Sorry to ask basic questions re these Tags.

We do not use M/Ways much, but do in Italy when going to Greek ferry.

Are there discounts when using them or do people just have them for convenience of passing the tolls quickly?

On a single journey does any discount more than cover the monthly charge?

Just to finally add that l went with Vrio in the end because of the height of the vehicle, l didn’t want any issues going through the booths being borderline on the dimensions/weight.

I will tell you if it works as we are going away end of next week and have just purchased the mango toll after having the Emovis Tag for the last few years. we are a tag axle at 5t and just over 3m in height with aerials on there and also we tow a small car trailer which makes us over 40ft long. MH is 28ft and car trailer is approx 12ft, the emovis tag worked although last year it started to play up in Spain but i assumed that was down to the battery needing replacing but instead of ordering new ones i decided to give the mango one a go as it does not charge you extra to get one for the car which means i can keep one in each vehicle (the amount of times i have driven off leaving it in the motorhome or in the car and then having to stop and sort and for some reason that always happens at the worst time).

Did it work?

My Mango tag arrived today and on reading the instructions it tells me to place it on the windscreen close to the rear view mirror however my motorhome has a large overhang so am bothered that the sensor wont be recognised . wrote to mango.no rep;y.

I have never had one but did have an Austrian go box that was read off the gantries, so likely higher up than the toll ones. Our overhang was not large at all but I positioned my box in the centre just above the dashboard level and never had a problem, if this helps?

No real cost to signing up but you have to go through a process in getting the vehicle approved and you have to have a business that’s VAT registered.

Cool cheers, and yes can go through my business. I managed emovis last year with my motorhome but a couple of French tolls said no and it was awkward so looking for a better solution

I mounted my tag bottom of the screen passenger side RH drive a class, flew through all the tolls France and Spain

They don’t have a website
whenever you search mango tag you are directed to Fuli and that’s where I can’t go any further . although it asks for a 12 digit number and I input the number it tells me its not recognised

Just also logged into my Mango account which is now owned by Fulli. https://www.fulli.com/en/portail-espace-client
Put my email address in and password, straight in.
Did this to put in my car reg as I'm using the tag for a car trip. Simple to do, will change it back to mh reg when back. You use the "manage my badges" section. Should say I've got Google translate set up on Chrome so that all non English Web pages are automatically translated. Clever man that Mr Google!

Having returned my TollTickets toll tag after many years l now need to look elsewhere because of recent issues with them.

l am hoping someone might provide a link for the correct one.

l have looked at the Mango following a recent thread but it isn’t suitable.

Searching through Google isn’t so straight forward either because most are proving for Cars.

So, anyone got hands on experience in finding a suitable Tag that they are particularly satisfied with.A link would be greatly appreciated.

Vehicle: 4.5t - 3.4m High.

It’s often much quicker than a couple of seconds particularly on the dedicated Toll lanes as only vehicles with Tags can pass through. If you happen to hit a holiday when the booths are rammed you can pass by rapidly as opposed to waiting an age, we previously had a situation prior to having a Tag where it took the best part of two hours queuing, Delays do occur so the Tag can be brilliant at these times. And we have all been frustrated by the idiot that drops coins or has to get out of the vehicle and so on.

No need to worry that we got cash, or the right amount of coins, so it's not just about going through quickly, but all the other issues that seem to happen, as well as the fore mentioned, cards don't scan, the miss's having to get out because she can't reach the machine is the biggest one.
