Rally Thorpe le Soken 26th May - 2nd June 2025 and Stow Maries WW1 aerodrome - follows on from The Bash

If you're interested could you please respond with a message and not just a thumbs up/like etc so I don't misread your intention, thanks

Yes but to be honest may change nearer the time ( I know you need to approach the airfield) but also dietary requirements so a *No at this time to the meal * from us unless the menu is suitable

The extra days look great BUT, we will have been away from home for nine months when we get to the Rally. Realistically I need to go home after the rally, do some personal admin stuff, get to know the grandchildren again etc…

Sadly it’s a no from us!

I have not included those who have already indicated they will not be attending Stow, also it's not compulsory to attend for the meal the menu as yet is undecided, but I was thinking of something simple like a roast dinner or something similar?

If the weather is good then a BBQ on the Monday evening, bring your own and cook your own and rendezvous with your eats and drinks behind the Airmans mess, where there are picnic tables laid out for use - unless some of you fancy sizzling some sausages and basting some burgers for everyone ....

Yes to that for me, even though the wallet will be squeaking at the price per night of camping.

Thanks Rob, I'm hoping that the unique 'one off' experience at the only WW1 functioning aerodrome makes it worthwhile.....
