Broken most bits now
I noticed a few vans at the NEC with a coil of thin gauge black wire clipped to the garage wall. Does anybody have any idea what they are for?
$0ds law I didn't take a picture but I think I have something similar in my van but hidden away. I thought they were remnants of an old alarm system it something on our van but now think they may be something factory fitted

Ever since lighting was by Calor gas.
Does the end appear to be connected to anything e.g disappearing through a panel, or does one end of the coil just dangle free?

On Rapidos, they are possibly for alarm sensors, but no longer required as it works by bluetooth?
