Ours has this control panel. Brief press of the blue button starts the SOG fan and indicates levels. Long push should cause water to flow, but doesn't. The pump doesn't run.

Is this likely fixable or am I looking for a new control unit ?

Most likely a stuck pump. Can you get to it and check for power?

I don't think it has its own pump.
Correct me if I'm wrong ...
Sorry you mentioned a pump, some have a separate pump and some don't. I have only had them with a separate pump. Does it have a separate flush tank?

Have you had the panel off to check the wiring?

Does your water system have a pressure switch or micro switches?

Mine doesn't flush but when it did it was spectacular in its inefficiency.

So I have a Starbucks cardboard takeaway cup that I half fill from the sink and works well. For heavier loads the shower head reaches the loo and works really, really well.

Assuming the water still runs out of the taps, it's either a control panel fault, or the solenoid valve on the toilet has failed, or the wire between to two.

The valve is usually visible from the outside once the waste tank is removed, it's up under the bowl somewhere.

Maybe the solenoid valve that feeds the flush system is disconnected or no good?

Just beat me to it

Nigel Crompton You havn't said what model it is, but if it works of the pressure water system it maybe the Solanoid as Sue and Rick said above.

This Vid shows how to get to the valve, not sure if all of thetford loo's are the same.
