Two of the rings on our Thetford cooker will not stay alight when the control knob is released. The cooker is less than 18 mths old and still under warranty. That's ok but the dealer, 130 miles from home wants us to take it in for investigation, and then return for repairs after Thetford have authorised them. So two trips, 520 miles in total with probable overnight stays. All this seems ridiculous, so I was wondering if anyone had similar issues, if so what was the problem and did you do the work yourself?
