These guys have found a loophole to travel into Europe

In Spain to get a non lucrative visa you must become a tax resident. To be classed as a tax resident you should spend 183 days in a country.
 
I've just scanned through the posts on here and watched part of the video but how is this 'helping' in reality ... whilst they may not need to return to the UK for 6 months (or another 'not-counted' country) before going back into the EU they still have to spend 6 months continuous or 8 months non-consecutive in Portugal. If they go for the latter it seems to mean they only then have 4 months to travel outside of Portugal which is fine if they want to spend lots of time in Portugal but if they are hoping this will allow them to travel longer than the 4 months elsewhere they're gonna be disappointed.
