Another one flying south already! Have a great trip guys.

We are still hanging here for another few weeks and have reversed our decision on the route south, going to come back through Croatia and Germany and out through Spain and Portugal.

Hopefully we will see you down south somewhere for a hangover or two!

I spoke too soon. What a difference a couple of hours make.
We now have dark skies, it's very windy with thunder, lightning and rain.

Anyone in Spain suffering from the cold?
We are now in Platja d'Aro and it was 7° at 9 o'clock this morning!
She had a right old moan when I 'persuaded' her ladyship to make a cuppa.

I made the porridge, as usual, but had to have a nip of whisky in it!

Sun's up now and warming me nicely.

We have only had wintery weather for about a week and already I have had enough of the crap !
 
Sunny but with a cold wind blowing here in Totana. 17 degrees forecast but feels colder. Warmer tomorrow, allegedly :)

My first ever holiday abroad was in Patja de Aro!
Back in 1973 5 friends and I rented a big apartment for a month and had a whale of a time. Fab long sandy beach as I remember.

Internal, External temp in our awning, ignore the time it's an hour out.
Bright and breezy here in Beni, it was cold last night, but forecast to warm up later in the week.
 
Cold wet and windy here. Wish I was back in south Portugal.

Caceres today is lovely and sunny,saw 14 dog just before arriving here,snow on the tops though just a dusting!!!
 
Cold, grey and wet in Jersey and Orange warning out for tonight between 6pm and midnight, Gale Force 8 gusting 50 and heavy rain. Spain and Portugal in January/February seems a long time to suffer this.
 
Only 20 degrees and cloudy this morning, in Lanzarote. Lovely, sunny and warm this afternoon - about 24 degrees! Somewhat breezy, but otherwise near perfect. (y)
 
Breezy , but been sunny :sun:warm today, temp still in the 20s here in Torra del Mar .
