One exciting extra over at the end, then cricket is the best game around? Most boring game I’ve ever played ??

Oh absolutely useless, I could catch the balls at silly mid on or whatever if my attention didn’t wander with the long wait for the batsman to flatten the pitch and the bowler to make the 70 yard sprint to deliver the ball, then funnily enough a Doctor standing by a wicket usually shouted ‘no ball’ ? very odd ?

But there is cricket and cricket.You have to admit test matches are boring,,BUSBY.

I also like watching test matches but yes the occasional one can be uninteresting but I've seen some terribly boring football matches over the years, also compare the tennis matches of the 70's to todays game. The 70's were constant action now its towel wipes and obsessional ball bouncing. Everything can be occasionally boring, dare I say it ...even motorhoming when its raining.

Rugby is never boring, and the sound of rain beating the roof of my motorhome when I'm cozy inside is one of life's little pleasures . Sadly rain on a roof is so seldom heard in Sunny Sutton on Sea, but after 13 years of relentless rain in Wales i don't miss it too much.

Kick to touch.

Ball out of play... wait while they line up... infringement at the line up... scrum down... repeat as above... ad infinitum.

Thank you so much for this its brilliant, my first husband was a cricketer, he'd disappear every summer, evening matches, and weekends, he'd leave the house at midday and come home at midnight Sat and Sunday, no holidays, no away days, and footie in winter, why? It has to be the most boring game on the planet but that clip had me rocking with laughter.

What about tennis. I was out for the ladies final but slept through the whole of the men's. Very restful.
