The time has finally come.

Good luck with the change of direction and sale of your globecar .
I’m sure you will have happy times .

Take heed from Minxy Girl she ‘knows her onions’!

Buying a static caravan in North Wales was one of the worst things I have ever done.
Won't go into it unless you want me to , good luck with it .

John, I think you're onto something with the static caravan-thing.

Nicky and I ventured up to the Durham Dales the other day and by chance we visited a small exclusive static park, circa 35 vans, and what a tranquil place it was. The clientele were a quiet bunch with no kids and all you could hear was the water and the birds. There's a Co-op shop around the corner and a lovely little cafe that does the most amazing food for pennies!

Enjoy your new caravan mate

Good luck in your new venture. There's no reason to leave the forum, just because your static and not mobile!

He's still got a few years subscription on here so can come on and extol the virtues of his new static .. and we can tempt him back into the fold! :D

Pat and I have decided that it’s time to give motorhoming up after 15 happy and well travelled years, I’ve contacted Motorhome Depot and asked them to do the sale of our Globecar Campscout for us as this will be less hassle for us.
We are taking another path in life and looking to buy a static caravan in North Wales.

John.
Oh what a shame. Benji will never get to see Roxy again.
It was lovely meeting you at the bring and buy, and again at Jaws thetford bash.
Good luck in your new venture......you WILL be back, we all do. :france::rofl::rofl:

As others have said good luck
A static is not for us at present but I we may consider one sometime

Motorhome Depot are giving my van an appraisal next Thursday and then up for sale, I’ll use it for the last time for the Jurassic coast Bridport meet in July.

John.
