I remember an uncle once applying to the dockyard in Rosyth as a burner , on his first day he was asked to cut some steel and couldn't light the burning torch lol

He lasted 90 minutes.

I don't want to get offered a job for next April then turn up and them expect a genius lol.

You do need new glasses it ain't that dear at full price.

Talk about tight arsed Scotsmen, he's 50 orders a OAP fish & chips and complains when they ask him for ID and blaggs it, says they are for his uncle Lenny.

Sorry £9.40 lol. Fish is £7 chips £2.40.

I didn't complain they asked me for id lol it was just embarrassing as didn't expect it . Couldn't then say oh I'm only 51 lol. So I just said it wasn't for me

Not any use for you now, but one for your little book, these lot can definitely get your van in, when I had the Palace they had it up on the lifts, covered everything before coming in the van and moving it, he’s 15 minutes from J36 M6 if your heading back to Scotland.

I know some areas don't do them, but even up in Scotland you can get them although I think they're called something else up there as we got blank looks last time we asked for them!
