It’s a bit of a lottery, the smallest lack of care or concentration by a fitter and the customer suffers.
I habitually check all roof joints, mastic etc when washing roof and if any doubt clean and add a little Dicor.

Something else that’s out of sight out of mind. A shame that commercial chassis are not treated the same way as the chassis of a car which these days are far better protected.
I may well get underneath when the weather is warmer and tidy that up.
