Hello all you lovely New Foresters :)

Mr Popeye & his much better half have set off on their travels and he's asked that I look after things for a while. He will be checking in from time to time.

So the painful bit ....... as it isn't that long to go .......

We now need you to pay a deposit of £10 PER HEAD to cover ADDITIONAL costs - e.g. hire of the marquee, food etc please.

Those that have internet banking can pay directly into an account that Griff has set aside

Sort code. 11 80 94

Please include your funster name on the transfer - otherwise Griff won't be able to tell from your surname who's paid.

It is the Halifax.

Going a bit off piste here......there may be a third option as well, I think a few of you are going to the Twin Lakes meet - you could pay Griff direct.

Put your specs on Dux - the deposit is a tenner a head (unless you feel like being generous) ;)

My miserable excuse is that I mistyped (and sober as well). I knew what I meant but it sort of printed wrong. I blame Apple..........

I'll do the deposit today, but first I have to crawl under the van and secure the low level reverse camera wiring. Oh deep joy. At least it works.

@Popeye @Debs We would not now be able to arrive before late on Saturday so would you please remove us from the list this time to allow someone on the waiting list to have a place ...... maybe next year!

@lorger Jerry - are we still too far away for you to know whether you can make the meet please?
 
@Debs hope this is not a stupid question, we definitely want to come to the rally and want EHU so wondered if we should try and book directly with the campsite? Would then pay you the £10 per head deposit to cover food etc. Thanks to you and @Popeye and @Gerri19 for doing the organising. :)

Why did you mention anything Debs?? I was keeping quiet until he had paid the money and then I was going to post to "remind" you that David had paid for Angela and I as well out of the kindness of his heart.
