Tiekom sim cards are recommended but not when they don’t work, disappointingly mine still don’t work after trying for 6 days so i’m sat here waiting for the tunnel tomorrow with no data

No rush Harvey, but thanks for letting me know. We have 4 weeks from Monday before we start our 3 month European tour

Now to see if I can upload a VPN to our Motorhome WiFi router or have to separately load onto a Firestick. If I can load onto the router I think then I can use the Apple TV and save on the Firestick. If can’t then have to invest in a Firestick .. the joys of technology.

If you let the contract just expire and don't change it then current t&c's continue... some you keep your EU roaming...

I hadn’t appreciated that - so will probably just let my contract run on then And keep my unlimited data for EU use.

Camino picked up on my emails even though she’s on holiday, she cancelled the bank so hopefully no money is taken out.

She’s forwarding emails to the tech dept so they can hopefully get things sorted asap, hopefully monday, but i’m not holding my breath tbh.

I’m keen to stay with Tiekom though as others, even though they may work, don’t offer as much data.

Fingers crossed as we are on the tunnel early in the morning

Don’t know which router you have - but I have a Maxview Roam. Having liaised with the Maxview tech guys it is very awkward to load a VPN onto its router (Teltonika) and their advice was to load onto the Firestick - or if you have a Smart tv and it allows it, best to do that. I followed that advice and loaded it onto my Firestick as my Smart TV did not allow me to load it.
