T6.1 conversion rattle/squeak

I have an annoying squeak/rattle in the back of my Transporter conversion. Today I got my grandson to sit in the back, and identify the source. It’s coming from the rear nearside, at the back, an near the rock’n’roll bed mount. Except neither of us could see anything that could be causing it. It sounds similar to a bunch of keys, but there’s nothing spare or loose in the area.
Anyone had anything similar, and found a cure?
