We arrived late morning. Thanks to Bob and Jane for keeping a nice space for us, and thanks to all the Funsters helping us with our tent awning thing. It was the first time with this van, and there were one or two 'issues'.

It's a bit cloudy at times, but lovely and sunny now, and the site is full of nice people chatting, playing boules, and generally having a nice time.

Thanks for all the thanks, you lot made the weekend for us The sun is shining gloriously here so another cycle round the reservoir is on the cards, and that includes the more challenging route. Five vans here still but we are all going to make a move during the day as tomorrow the weather it seems is going to turn nasty, very nasty, so do not want to spoil a good thing. Had a pleasant drink in the pub last night to the background sounds of the buskers doing their thing. Planning the next event here already, we just love the place and it seems that you do too Just in case anyone spots our awning in the photos and wants one.... it is a Kampa Motor Rally 390XL (the high one up to 290cms high though they do an L which is up to 270cms high) they do a 240XL too which is two thirds the size. Only mentioning it as we had so many folk doing a 'showhouse' tour Jane, Bob and Izzy

As we settled on the sea wall about 20 miles from Tattingstone we would like to say a big thank you to Bob and Jane for a fantastic weekend, meeting old friends and making new and look forward to going to there again, lots of activities, long bike rides, and falling off, to scrumping plums and walnuts, and falling off the styles, I wont mention who, they know who they are, just pity didnt have camera handy at time, all those going Lincoln have a good time.

A big thank you to Bob & Jane for organising a great meet and very enjoyable weekend.

I thought the cycle round the lake was excellent, especially as Lorraine made me take the bike so she could enjoy the local scenery as well

Just for the record I dont really want an awning but i must say yours was particilary pleasing on the eye and a great way of making new friends...

We are just 4 miles from home now but made the most of the day with a cycle in the glorious sunshine round the reservoir again. Izzy had a good run too and and a. ear flapping ride. She had a wonderful weekend with her doggy friends and is now the epitomy of dog tired. We had a lovely time too, thanks for coming everyone. Jane, Bob and Izzy

Thanks Bob and Jane. We had a great weekend and just love your quizzes and dingbats Jane. I'm going to find some of these and test the family at Christmas. I just know they'll love it. What's this about somebody falling off a bike. Trust me to miss all the fun. Well we are here at Dunwich now, Cliffe House Holiday Park, and only a few yards from steps which lead down to the beach. A great big THANKS to Jane & Bob for organising such a splendid meet at Tattingstone and to all the funsters that attended .........it was a real pleasure to meet so many new friends & to catchup with the others.

We are now at the C&CC THS at Market Rasen race course 'till the Lincoln meet on Thursday. Another funster, GJH (graham & Jill), is also on site.....maybe there ill be others

Anyway, thanks again J & B for the last few days.:thumb:
