Should be able to get in via a web browser, what model is it?
Also did you use it in the UK before leaving?

You need to connect your router to your laptop (not sure if you can change the APN with a phone or tablet) and set the APN in the settings to superdrug.net

Navigate to the routers IP address. Enter Link Removed into the search bar and hit enter to search

I have just purchased the Netgear Nighthawk MR2100 and THEN heard about Superdrug capping their Sim, B******s i say.

Yes I have a Huawei 4G Router lite but not the same as the 1 in link 33.

Do you have the Huawei AI app installed on your phone this is the easiest way to change the settings of your mifi.

If you'd like to tell us which one perhaps we could help further but definitely the easiest way is to download the Huwaei Hi link app, you will also need the apn settings for your sim card, you can just do a google search for these for instance in my case i searched for vodafone pay monthly apn.

I've found the app sometimes falls over & if a coulpe of reboots don't sort it, better to go in via a browser also a lot more techie settings via a browser.
