Suggested Meet in West Cornwall

Suggested Meet West Cornwall 9th of June to the 15th of June

After speaking to both Landlords and bearing in mind the number of funsters registering an interest in the meet I have decided that the Black Swan at Gweek has the larger carpark. It does slope down towards the pub but if you bring some ramps you should be ok. You will be able to take water on board and empty grey & black waste. We have had to restrict to 20 VANS leaving some room for locals & visitors. Alec (The Landlord) has put it in his diary for the 9th of June until the 15th.
PLEASE NOTE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

Is it right by the pub?
Re ramps, I haven't got any, how steep is the slope?
Is there anywhere near to park a car if we bring one as well?

Hi simbadog, Firstly the carpark is at the back. On streetview you go past the Pub on your right. After about 100 yards take first right the right again. Secondly you will be able to park your car in the carpark. The Vans will be parked from the top on both sides facing to the centre. Thirdly I am sure I can sort out some kind of ramps. I will post a picture of the carpark. Those without ramps could park at the top where it is more level. :thumb:

The total is 12. I think that although a MAX of 20 vans was originally estimated below that would be better to allow a better space between the vans. As this is the first meet of hopefully many it is a learning curve.
On another note if any funsters wish to attend a May Meet at the New Inn Mabe please let me know and I will arrange. This would be limited to 10 vans.

Hi all please find attached file with all funsters who have confirmed they will be at the meet.
The total is 13. I think that although a MAX of 20 vans was originally estimated below that would be better to allow a better space between the vans. As this is the first meet of hopefully many it is a learning curve.
