Hi guys, first time streaming in the van , cello smart tv connected to the router, signed in with my g mail account and can see all the channel lists iplayer , ITVx etc but connot get a picture on the screen, Netflix will work fine, where are we going wrong please?

Are you in the UK or Europe? Some of the UK based providers like BBC and ITV may not allow use abroad unless somehow you can mask yourself behind a VPN to pretend you are still in UK.

Do make sure your Cello TV has the latest software updates. Apps such as ITVx should also be updated. You may find the ITVx is about the worst for being fickle. See if you can get the BBC iplayer, Channel 4 / 5 stuff working first.
