Stratford Show - June 2011

joy is going to stratford

Just booked for Stratford will be there on Wednesday 1st June onwards please add to the list....joy
 
Well what a week for us this is going to be just realised we are booked at BreanSands on the Monday till Thursday as our MH is down Weston-Super-Mare for its first Service, so we head back Thursday unload and clean MH then load up and head to Stratford Friday :Doh: what a week looking forward to it....

Anyone who has not been before, should know that its a smallish show (talking about trade stands) but its in a superb location on the race course with a lovely walk along the river into Stratford , it works out very cheap camping for the week and it's a show I always look forward to:Smile: why not come along for the weekend, or even the whole week, you'll enjoy it. :thumb: Link Removed

Jock and Rita I found this to be one of the best meets ever. I didn't stay in the meets much but walked the ten minutes along the riverside to the town every day....... (with a lady friend I met there) .... and it was a superb holiday.

Sitting in the sunshine drinking coffee in a morning watching the tourists walk by and laughing at the antics of the 'statues' scaring the passers by.... walking by the river and paddling our feet, feeding the swans, going round the beautiful buildings, enjoying the lovely shops, pub lunches right up by the riverside with the swans and ducks, street entertainers in the park... and glorious glorious sunshine. Not to forget sitting outside the van with Carol, Eddie and a few others enjoying a glass of Lemoncello...

Hi Yer , i was only joking, it was a great meet,a loverly walk into the town, beautiful sunshine , went and had a gander at the exotic butterflies, a great park, and lots going on in the town,...........Del
