What about the Self store near Holdsworth Bridge in Reddish, the Old Stockpack.Whist we await our driveway being widened for our (not yet obtained) van, I thought I'd ring round to obtain a storage space, in case we purchase and need it for a few weeks.
There were no spaces, as apparently, many storage facilities around Manchester have shut this year, causing everyone who used to have a secure spot, to seek and fill the spaces of those that remain in business!
Is this true?
I heard it off two separate sources, but it seems remarkable.
Thought it was a guaranteed goldmine?
Off topic, but I was born near there !! Bedford Street in Reddish !!What about the Self store near Holdsworth Bridge in Reddish, the Old Stockpack.
Great Location if a little expensive. But short term could be okay.

Hi have you tried horse shoe farm facing Arden Arms ..Customers of mine have a yard in the dip between Haughton Green and Hyde.
Do you know it, tried them?. They are fareground folk and live on the commune, very safe and very nice people.
My mate managed to get a spot there for his caravan. Do you want me to send a contact number ?
It’s not for me.Hi have you tried horse shoe farm facing Arden Arms ..
Yes they do storage ..It’s not for me.
Arden arms on the bends near Bredbury you mean ?
Some insurers will require it but, that’s because CaSSOA is run by an insurance group…. It doesn’t guarantee a higher standard of storage!Your insurer may require them to be CaSSOA accredited. Ours have. We are moving house and need a temporary home for the van like you. Found one which we are taking it to on Wednesday, but not near Manchester.
