starting out

Aaaah, when Adam (and my hubby) were both lads and Moat Farm Drive was a farmers field, you mean?

Why is it called Hospital Lane, then?

a good quality slab as well ??

why is it called that

yes and the feild past the farm used to be a woods all the way back to the start of the houses on the other end of hospital lane so called becuse the old peoples flats used to be the hospital ( was it called high view hospital ? ) i remember being devestated as a child when they cut the woods down as we all played in them

What I meant to say when accidently posting under the guise of my beloved (Trophychap) was that the kettle is usually on at our house virtually opposite Pedleys!

Yes - Jacksons of Old Arley do have a caff - but Pedleys don't! (and we don't charge people we like, or even those we don't like when we invited them LOL)

Oh and I have to ask because I'm obviously terribly thick - how does one edit a post? - the info at the bottom of the page says I can, and the site FAQ tells me to click on the Edit button, but I have no such button????????

Edit - blow me, there IS that button!!!! - but I swear when we were signed in as Trophychap, it wasn't!!!!!

thats a very kind offer, will let you know when in area. I pick fr:thumb:eda up at the beginning of Feb, and I am quite excited

A paving slab? What for?

I wish I had remembered ...

... to check the skylights were closed before I drove close to trees. I ripped one straight off. Thankfully it was in the shower room so dampness wasn't a problem.

Happy travels.
