Compressor with air gun, adjust the pressure to suit so you don’t deform the blind and blow away from the opposite side that they are on.

Bit of a diversion, but who doesn't like a thread drift ! Have you noticed that you're not having to clean bugs off the front of your vehicles as much as we used to ? It would explain the reduced numbers of swallows and swifts around as there just isn't the insect life for them to feed on anymore ?I
Edit. Have you tried one of those spray on, let dry then brush off aerosol fabric cleaners, the ones that come with a little brush fastened to the cap would be my go to ?
