Spain , What’s the weather like, March/April 2025

We have been in Javea Spain and the weather was cloudy 65f in June. Whilst Glasgow was 80f. I kid you lot.

We have also been in Javea in February and seen 24c

A couple or maybe 3 years ago, March . It rained for 10 days.

March 2024, glorious sunshine.

Look at last years drought !

You just never know

An apology to the OP here.

Some of my posts last night were silly and I am sorry.

My original post wasn’t intended to be controversial but I can see my later posts were.

I hope you find some decent weather in Spain. If it’s any consolation I have had to scrape ice off our cars every day for about the last two weeks.

Is this what you want...the current period of multiple weather systems may be finally coming to an end as from this weekend..we are going off in the motorhome today for the first time in 3 weeks..
Having lived outside the UK for 27 years with most of this period being here in Spain...I can honestly say we have just experienced our worse period of unsettled weather.
What others have written...how good the UK has been..well that's one of the reasons Iberia has been so bad...high pressure over the UK is a block...therefore we get all the low pressure systems here...but look at the weather...put Ventusky weather app on your phone...it gives you hourly or weekly predictions...beyond this period it not possible..
On a final note..I thank you for not wanting to go into the Spanish interior...that's where we go...we live near the Med but don't want to join the crowds that are currently present..🇪🇦😄☀️🚴

We had enough of wind rain mud and not sitting outside so hot footed from La zenia to jaca and now chairs out sunning it up at les ondres France
Same here 21 deg near Villeneuve de Marsan 😀 Given the weather coming up from Spain this weekend though 🙄 Wet and windy.

After it was lashing it down last night in Alicante after leaving the Fallas in Valencia. headed to the lovely Murcia IKEA , it was a NL holiday camp🤣🥶 and very busy. Saw this interesting camper.
Now it relaxing time with 7 nights in Banos de Fortuna Spa. Apparently the heavy rains are over 🤞🤞. Yep 21’ today too -roasting 🤣🤣

We are in fuengirola and it’s cold and has been really wet. We landed at Malaga on Tuesday and flew over flooded fields . The forecast for the week isn’t good

Just home from 21 days in Balemendena, in a Hotel not in the van, had about 3 decent days out of the 21, dull and overcast, high winds and thunder storms, as an aside, I do not see the attraction of parking up beside dozens of other vans in car parks as I saw in both Balendemena and Fuengirola.
Well let’s just reverse that.
We don’t see the point of staying in what is mostly overpriced hotels.
As for the weather when in the van. Well we don’t have to stay there because we have to. We move to the good weather.
Each to their own. You enjoy the hotel for 3 weeks. We probably paid the same amount for our 75 days.
Hopefully more people take your route and use hotels. More space for us :giggle: (y)

If you have had 75 days for £1500, including ferry and fuel costs whilst looking in your neighbours window in a car park I take my hat of to you. If you are moving to better weather this year in Spain then that looks like more ferry costs to Morocco, but as you say each to their own, we are currently in sunny Forfar in the van.
