Bit of flawed logic there. At 1400 miles or so from Calais a week is nothing in comparison to the traveling expenses.

Can I just point out... !

This will be a pop in - out meeting.. There is NO commitment to stay the whole 3 weeks. We are setting these weeks as a guideline to say that's when we are having the "do".. People can arrive at any point and stay as long or as short as they like.. hopefully as we get nearer the time we can plan things to make sure people are fitted in.
I dont think the owners will mind if we have more coming BUT already they are selling pitches for long stayers, so it cant be ruled out that some restriction on numbers could be applied.

Still a year away and like we say "the plan can always change".
