Car park this year no way would we all fit in the arena. We have use of the Arena area and hall on the Sunday night so if its a nice night we can sit out.
I liked the arena parking but hated the gate ha ha.

I saw you had some dropouts and wondered if it is possible to come and join you.
If there is a space could you also put the two of us down for anything to do with food.
That would be Fish and chips, Hog roast, Buffet, and Sunday lunch.

Am very sorry but we will have to cancel our booking. We were looking forward to our very first rally (well, we had a mini one in benicarlo this year with @Teasy2007 which was good fun) and meeting lots of funsters. Something has come up which we have to deal with. Sorry to Ginny & Mike & Charlie. We had booked fish & chips too.

Shirley, it's not anything onerous, just an obligation and sods law it's come up this weekend but we have to be here. Van is full of stuff ready and cat sitter booked. disappointed to cancel was looking forward to it. Have a great time

I don't know what Im doing as Im not a frequent user of forums. I don't see my name on the list of names at the beginning of this thread yet I did sign up and have had input as to food options. As this is my first rally I need to know what to do and confirmation that I am expected. How do I get a name badge and when do I pay?
