Too be honest I’d rather be talking about baking that batteries!!
I like the sound of the various flavours you mention but the Mrs likes simple vanilla with a raspberry coulis and homemade lemon shortbread
I’m sorry if this sounds awful. It’s really not meant that way but, if you need to ask that question, you shouldn’t be anywhere near that battery. A lot of bad things can happen if you get it ‘mixed up’!!!!Please could you advise is positive left of photo negative far right?
Thanks
I know where your coming from and it doesn’t sound awful. Too be honest I was fairly sure in the first place just wanted to double check. I wouldn’t attempt any major electrical work on the van I would always get someone in!I’m sorry if this sounds awful. I’m answer though. The red one with lots of connections is the positive.
Thanks all sorted. The one with a plus sign + is positive the minus sign is negative
Good luck and seasons greetings
No, no reasonWould there be any reason why I couldn’t keep the wires permanently attached so that I can put everything back and then just plug into the solar panel when needed?
As Lenny suggested I’ve removed the bulldog clips and now using the rings which were also supplied with the unit.
Thanks
It's a good idea to wire in an inline fuse in the positive near the ring/battery terminal (if there isn't one there already). It protects the wiring if something goes wrong. A 10A fuse should be OK.now using the rings which were also supplied with the unit.
